Reflections for the Week – Acceptance

At this month’s Serenity, we talked about Imperfection. We talked about what it would be like to accept our flaws when we realise that the notion of being perfect is an illusion. That, because everyone is different, we are always going to be perfect in the eyes of someone. 

Consider the following affirmations during your practise. If you feel you can’t connect with these statements right now, hold the intention that you will welcome these as truths in the future:

* I am a valuable person

* I accept who I am

* It’s okay to be me
